My latest breakfast obsession are overnight oats. They are not just super easy to prepare, perfect at home or to-go, fillingly healthy and just ohhh so tasty. Check out this super easy recipe for some delicious vegan breakfast!
What you need:
- 90g oats
- 240ml plant-based milk (my favourite is oat milk)
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hamp seeds
- 10g peanut/almond butter
What to do:
Mix all dry ingredients in a jar and add the milk. Add peanut or almond butter (this is best to stir with a fork). Store in the fridge over night. Top with any fresh or dried fruits in the morning. Enjoy.
